As a longtime administrative support professional, with years of experience working with and for non-profit agencies, I understand the administrative needs of such agencies and the often very limited budgets to meet those needs. When I started my business, MEZ Office Solutions, I was determined to assist non-profit agencies at reasonable rates—often less than what it would cost them to hire a full-time employee.


As a virtual assistant, MEZ Office Solutions provides off-site support to busy professionals, enabling them to become more efficient, more cost-effective and more productive in their own businesses. Given the often "budget-oriented" outlook of nonprofits, I know how important these things are. From word processing to bulk mailings to invoicing and benefits coordination and everything in between, we can assist non-profits in accomplishing all of their projects and goals. It’s often the mundane, day-to-day tasks that bog down these professionals, hindering them in their important work, and that’s where we can help. From our own office, we work with clients “virtually” to ensure that these tasks get handled with the utmost professionalism, accuracy and affordability.
