Pricing
Pricing and billing for services varies, depending on the type and scope of work you are interested in. We would love to speak with you directly and issue you a free quote/estimate.
BILLING: Most work is charged on an hourly basis, with a half-hour minimum required. Standard office support projects - including word processing, general support, internet projects, arranging travel, etc- are billed at the rate of $24 per hour. Most pricing is negotiable. After the minimum half-hour, projects are billed by the quarter-hour.
There are special situations, including scanning and other projects that may not fit into the "mold" of general office work. We will negotiate an hourly rate or flat fee for such projects ahead of time. Also, any expenses (such as postage & delivery, binding costs, and any other project/task-related expenses) will be billed at cost. Projects that require considerable or significant travel will include travel expenses as a line item in the estimate.
General Terms and Conditions A signed agreement/quotation will be REQUIRED BEFORE any work commences.
OFFICE SERVICES: Invoices for Virtual Assistant services will be sent with completed work and payment terms are strictly Net 14 from date of invoice. Discounts may be offered based on quantity of hours worked. Significant discounts are also available to non-profit agencies (please click the "For Non-Profits" tab). Invoices not paid in full by due date are subject to a late fee as outlined in the agreement/quotation. Based on customer payment history, MEZ Office Solutions reserves the right to require payment in full upon completion of work prior to release of work at any time. After 30 days of non-payment, we may turn the claim to a collections agency.
Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Any errors noted within 36 hours from delivery will be corrected free of charge.

<>In a hurry?
"Rush service" of 24 hours or less or weekend and/or holiday service is available. Rush projects will be subject to a 25% surcharge based on regular cost of work before surcharge.
<>Source material
Illegible or poor quality source material is subject to an additional 30% fee.
<>Estimates
While we provide considerate and generally accurate estimates, all estimates are just estimates and are subject to change, based on actual job requirements. You will be billed for actual hours and any expenses incurred while working on the project. If actual cost is expected to exceed 30% of the agreed upon cost, we will contact you to discuss options.
<>Method of Payment
Payment may be made via business check, personal check, money order, cash or PayPal. Returned checks subject to a $25 charge.
<>Errors or Omissions
Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client upon acceptance of the work delivered. All errors created by MEZ Office Solutions and reported within 36 hours will be corrected free of charge. Additional client changes will be billed at the agreed upon project rate.
